We’re the critical engineering specialists within Livingston Building Services, part of OVMOS. We keep the power, cooling and infrastructure your operation depends on running continuously and without interruption.

We prove it before you need it

Our specialists run full resilience and operational integrity testing: controlled load testing, redundancy validation and performance benchmarking under simulated fault conditions. We bring the infrastructure to do it, including load banks, generators, fuel systems, UPS units, power distribution frameworks, cabling and temporary energy solutions built around your site. Every test is documented with full traceability, ensuring compliance with safety standards ensuring the strategy fits your operation.

Design

Custom solutions and collaborative workshops to finetune strategy

Through Pre-Construction Services Agreements (PCSA), we will develop tailored design solutions to meet every client need. As a standard practice, collaborative workshops are undertaken with all key stakeholders ensuring the strategy fits with our clients’ specific needs.

Install

From a single upgrade to a full energy farm

We deliver complete turnkey solutions, from minor upgrades to large-scale installations. Our scope covers external energy farms, plus the supply, maintenance and upgrade of critical power systems including diesel and gas generators, static and DRUPS UPS systems, HV/LV distribution, battery systems, LV switchboards, chillers, boilers, BMS/SCADA and more.

From new site mobilisation to auditing your existing premises, we build resilience into how your operation runs. We also train your on-site staff and help to embed robust processes and procedures. Critical environment audits, continuous monitoring audits, new site take-ons and authorising engineer audits.

Working in Live Environments

Downtime is not an option, so we plan for that from the very start. Our teams work flexibly and safely around your operation: outside business hours where that’s what it takes, and in safe and secure on-site work zones.

We’ve replaced critical busbar systems inside a fully operational office. Swapped chillers in a live data hall with no programme allowance for downtime at all. And completed an 11kV switchboard replacement over a single bank holiday weekend, when the plan had only called for half of it.
